Integrated Wastewater Treatment
Chengdu Greenwater Technology Co., Ltd.'s integrated wastewater treatment system uses liquid as its working medium and applies the Venturi principle. When the liquid is ejected at high speed, it creates a negative pressure that draws the mixed solution (wastewater + sludge) from the pump into the jet mixer, where it undergoes jet mixing with air or oxygen to form a supersaturated oxygen mixture. This modular system achieves aeration and oxygenation while facilitating highly efficient mass transfer.
This integrated wastewater treatment system is primarily used for biological aeration and oxygenation in the treatment of river water, municipal sewage, and industrial wastewater. It is suitable for use in industries such as chemicals, synthetic fibers, pharmaceuticals, food processing, oils and fats, textile printing and dyeing, light industry, metallurgy, leather manufacturing, and environmental protection. The system is suitable for both new construction projects and retrofit projects that do not require interrupting or draining the water supply. The equipment can utilize different gas sources (air, blowers, or pure oxygen) to accommodate fluctuations in treatment load.
