GW-TR liquid-liquid water ejector performance data and applications

High efficiency, low investment, wide application, long life

The GW-TR water ejector series is a product specially developed for liquid-liquid pumping and transportation.

How it works:

The motive liquid from the liquid pump or other pressurized source is sprayed at high speed in the suction chamber, and generates a suction effect under momentum exchange with the sucked liquid, thereby sucking the secondary flow liquid and mixing it with the motive liquid in the mixing chamber, and then transporting it to the required location through the diffusion section.

Application method

Method 1: Suction delivery

GW-TR water ejector can be used for liquid transport. The pressurized power water source transports the target suction fluid away through the suction force generated by the water ejector. It can be used for urban drainage, power station water pit drainage, deep well water pumping, etc.

Method 2: Increasing pump suction lift

Adding a GW-TR water ejector to the suction line of a centrifugal pump can increase the suction head of the centrifugal pump by losing part of the flow. It can be used in situations where the height between the center of the centrifugal pump and the liquid level is greater than its suction lift.

Method 3: Reaction Mixing

The GW-TR water ejector is also vigorously mixing while pumping liquids. Therefore, the GW-TR water ejector can be used in chemical reaction processes to increase the rate of chemical reactions.
